Superheroes or SuperSHEroes? All about the Superheroes 2018 program!

Superheroes program is an entrepreneurship program for 13-17 year-old girls, who want to make a difference in the world and make their dreams a reality. Basically, we choose an idea we are interested in and then we will start working on it. The program is a competition, that consists of eight, the most AMAZING workshops, that help us to develop our idea:

1. Ideation and Team Building
2. Leadership and Project Management
3. Tech and Entrepreneurship
4. Digital Impact and Strategic Thinking
5. Financial Literacy and Fundraising
6. Critical Thinking and Media Literacy
7. Voice and Will
8. Practice and Pitch- Final Pitch and Superheroes Gala

In each session we have the BEST speakers giving out their wisdom, tips and experiences for us to use. In the process we are engaging with our team and ensuring the information we need to know about entrepreneuring. 

Now this is really exciting... In the Superheroes Gala on January 25th, the winner of 2018 Superheroes program will be announced! The winner is going to a study trip to UK to meet the global heroes!

Superheroes või SuperSHEroes? Kõik mida võiksid teada Superheroes 2018 programmist! 

Superheroes on ettevõtlusprogramm 13-17 aastastele tüdrukutele, kes tahavad muuta maailma ning realiseerida oma unistusi. Põhimõtteliselt, me valime idee, millest me kõige rohkem huvitume ning hakkame seda teostama. Programm ise on võistlus, mis koosneb kaheksast suurepärasest töötoast, mis aitavad meil arendada eelnevalt valitud ideed. Töötoad on: 

1. Idee ja meeskonnatöö

2. Juhtimine ja projektijuhtimine 

3. Tehnoloogia ja ettevõtlikkus 

4. Digitaalne mõju ja strateegiline mõtlemine 

5. Finantskirjaoskus ja raha kogumine 

6. Kriitiline mõtlemine ja meediapädevus 

7. Hääl ja tahe 

8. Harjutamine ja pitch- viimane pitch ja superheroes gala

Igale koosviibimisele on kutsutud parimad kõnelejad, kes jagavad oma tarkust, nõuandeid ja kogemusi, mida saame kasutada. Sellel ajal tegeleme meeskonnatööga ja kogume teavet, mida peame ettevõtlusest teadma. 

Liikudes põnevama osa juurde... 25. jaanuaril 2017 , kuulutatakse välja Superheroes programmi võitja, kes saab sõita Londonisse kohtuma rahvusvaheliste superherodega.
